These tanks present a very good internal and external aspects, with a full set of accessories. A second thorough examination and visual control are done at the arrival in our premises. The good working condition is confirmed.
In a rebuilt unit all parts may not be new, but each unit has been tested individually in working conditions: performances and cooling time are confirmed. Rebuilt units give the same performance as a new unit.
Accessories :

- Stainless steel graduated rod in good condition and chart laminated as new by ourselves.
- Stirring rod and paddle included.
- Milk top lid controlled or replaced by a new one where appropriate.
- Rod and cap or outlet milk taps M/F included.
Tank:
Cistern fully cleaned and rinsed.
Full disinfecting according to the internal LCG procedure with product agreed by the French Minister of Agriculture.
The cost per cooler unit of 52 FRF (or 8 EUROS) will be charged by L.C.G. to the customer. For information R.P.P. (Retail Public Price) is 140 FRF (21.4 EUROS).
Cistern checked under pressure for leaks testing: evaporator tightness guaranteed for each tank unit.
Stirring up device:
Gear motor fully controlled and checked in working condition: dismantled, cleaned, greased and then rebuilt if necessary.
Agitator automatic control box checked and included if existing (according to each model or to the manufacturing date).
Stirring paddle and coupling fitted with or without assembling in the tank.
Refrigeration unit:
Controls wiring, mains connection and the electrical panel are checked and confirmed in good working condition on dispatching.
Refrigeration circuit is under working pressure and filled with the same type of gas as originally. Charge is completed when appropriate.
Easy-to-read thermometer fitted if provided originally.
Thermostat settings are reset at +2/+4°C working temperature.
Hollow ware:
Lid hinges are rebuilt or replaced when appropriate.
Full set of lower tank legs are greased, rebuilt or replaced when appropriate for an easy levelling of milk tank on site.
Cleaning device (only for closed milk tanks)
Complete built-in cleaning spray rail.
Complete set of electric valves in control box fitted.
Complete detergent and dosing box.
Finish:
The frame and the casing are cleaned and painted.
The condensing unit is also cleaned and painted.
The gear motor painted.
IMPORTANT TO NOTICE
New parts: On all re-built units, new parts replaced by us when appropriate are supplied with a
one year guarantee and exchanged for defective parts.
Refrigerant R12: For capacities starting from 800 litres and originally filled with R12, upon request, if it is necessary for fulfilling local regulations, units are charged with a drop-in refrigerant (as FX ) and supplied under working pressure.
