These tanks present a correct internal and external aspects, with a full set of accessories.
A second thorough examination and visual control are done at the arrival in our premises.
The good working condition is confirmed.
These units are offered directly to our distributor network, who are mainly milking equipment wholesalers.
Before dispatching from our workshops, all the units are complete and in good working conditions.
Accessories :
- The full set of accessories is supplied:
- Stainless steel graduated rod in good condition and corresponding chart laminated as new by ourselves.
- Stirring rod and paddle included.
- Rod and cap or outlet milk taps M/F included.
- Milk top lid controlled or replaced by a new one where appropriate.
- The full set of plastic made parts originally included (top lids, covers) are cleaned or replaced where appropriate.
Tank :
- Cistern fully cleaned and rinsed.
- Full disinfecting done according to the internal LCG procedure with product agreed by the French Minister of Agriculture.
The cost per cooler unit of 52 FRF (or 8 EUROS) will be charged by L.C.G. to the customer. For information R.P.P. (Retail Public Price) is 140FRF (21.4 EUROS).
- Cistern checked under pressure for leaks testing: evaporator tightness guaranteed for each tank unit.
Stirring up device:
- Gear motor fully controlled and checked in working condition.
- Agitator automatic control box checked and included if existing (according to each model or to the manufacturing date).
- Stirring paddle and coupling delivered with or without assembling in the tank..
Refrigeration unit:
- The refrigeration circuit and the electrical panel are controlled in good working condition on dispatching.
- Refrigeration circuit is under working pressure and filled with the original gas charge.
- The frame, the casing and the condensing unit are cleaned.
- Easy-to-read thermometer fitted if provided originally.
- Thermostat settings are at +2/+4°C working temperature.
- Controls box and mains are checked.
Hollow ware:
Lid hinges are rebuilt or replaced when appropriate.
Full set of lower tank legs are rebuilt or replaced for an easy levelling of milk tank on site.
Cleaning device (only for closed milk tanks)
- Complete built-in cleaning spray rail.
- Complete set of electric valves in control box fitted.
- Complete detergent and dosing box.
IMPORTANT TO NOTICE
For condensing units out of work:
A selected kit is supplied for exchange but only after having a confirmed customer agreement.
For refrigerant R 12:
For capacities starting from 800 litres and originally filled with R12, upon request if it is necessary for fulfilling local regulations, units can be sent under nitrogen pressure and a charge of a drop-in refrigerant (as FX ) is supplied with the corresponding oil charge.
