We use to have in stock second hand milk cooling tanks with capacities starting from 150 litres and up to 6000 litres. For higher capacities or other machines forming part of a milk and cheese plant, please do not hesitate to contact us.

MILK TANK MANUFACTURER BRANDS:

World wide very well known manufacturers most often make milk tanks. Mainly we use to have in stock: ALFA-LAVAL, JAPY, SERAP, PACKO, or similar. Upon request, we can supply our customers with only one single brand of equipment to help them to rationalise the management of the total number of milk coolers.

3 MILK COOLER TYPES :

Whatever the brand may be, they are all "direct expansion" type tanks, described as follows:

Opened milk tanks.

CV : CV stands for vertical cistern type, with double skin wall poured with polyurethane insulation.
UE : UE stands for U "bath" horizontal half cistern type, with double skin wall poured with polyurethane insulation.

Closed milk tanks.

CF : CF stands for an horizontal closed cistern type , with double skin wall poured with polyurethane insulation, and built-in fully automatic cleaning unit.

IMPORTANT TO NOTICE :
These three models of coolers (CV, UE, CF) are also available with "Chilled water" or "Ice bank" cooling but upon request only.
